SNP Corporation Ltd ("SNP") ceasing to be a subsidiary of Temasek on 11 July 2008. Accordingly, Temasek ceased to have an interest in the 11,790 ordinary shares of StarHub ("Shares") held by SNP. As at 17 February 2009, Temasek therefore had an aggregate deemed interest in 974,869,760 Shares representing 57.00% of the issued Shares comprising: 1. 991,770 Shares in which DBS Group Holdings Limited is deemed to have an interest; 2. 5,194,000 Shares in which Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek, is deemed to have an interest (which includes 1,986,000 Shares and 285,000 Shares managed for Temasek's wholly owned subsidiaries, Fullerton (Private) Limited and Temasek Fullerton Alpha Pte. Ltd. respectively); 3. 127,867,100 Shares owned by MediaCorp Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Temasek; and 4. 840,834,890 Shares owned by a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd which is in turn a subsidiary of Temasek. Temasek became aware of the change in the percentage level of its interest in the Shares on 18 February 2009. |
