StarHub Ltd announces that a new wholly-owned subsidiary known as Nucleus Connect Pte. Ltd. has been incorporated in Singapore. The principal activities of Nucleus Connect Pte. Ltd. are to design, build and operate the active infrastructure of the Next Generation National Broadband Network in Singapore, and to provide high speed wholesale broadband services to operating companies and retail service providers.
